After studying at the University of Central Florida, Adam went on to spend the next ten years of his life selling diamonds and fine jewelry. Although still fascinated by diamonds his real passion was with real estate. Being in the diamond business awarded him the opportunity to travel all over and experience different cities and their respective real estate markets, none that caught his attention more than Boston. Once he realized the potential to live in such an amazing city and spend his time doing what he loves he jumped into Boston real estate and never looked back.

Adam began his career focusing on rentals which allowed him to absorb much knowledge of each specific area and what they had to offer. While gaining experience in the Boston market Adam spent his spare time watching sales trends within these respective markets to gain as much of an understanding as he could about what the future trends will be. He now focuses all of his attention to specializing in the marketing, acquisition, and sales of some of Boston’s newest and most desirable properties.

What Inspires You About Boston Real Estate?

My love for old school architecture accompanied by modern design features and amenities makes Boston one of my favorite markets to work in.

Proudest Moment:

Every time I see a client leave the closing table with a smile I feel proud. I am not sure I can pick a proudest. There is the recurring sense of satisfaction I get each time I am able to use my skill set to help someone make a wise investment. Knowing my client used my knowledge to make a decision as big as buying a home and loving their purchase makes my job worth it!

First Job:

My first job was as a valet and then a door guy at a large night club in Orlando. Once I left Orlando I became a diamond broker. I spent around 10 years buying and selling diamonds while always keeping a close eye on the real estate market. After about 10 years I decided it was time to set my sails in a new direction and started working in real estate full time. One of the best decisions I have made to date!

Perfect Day:

My perfect day would be a closing in the morning followed by a few showings and then a round of golf with my client. Finish that up with dinner with my wife and kids and you will see me go to bed very happy!

What Would You Want Your Superhero Power To Be?

If I could choose any superpower, I would want the ability to read people's minds. The concept of knowing how to approach each client in a way tailored precisely to how they think and interact with others would make my job easy but would also ensure I leave each client happy. To know what exactly someone thinks of a home, a conversation, another person, would be an amazing ability.
