Administrative assistant sought to be a part of a team environment at a real estate and property management company. Candidate must be professional, possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and be highly effective multi-tasker. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Position will encompass various types of data entry, as well as reception and general administrative duties. Candidate must be very organized, able to adapt quickly to new tasks and be detailed oriented. Must be extremely friendly and outgoing as the first face customers/clients see, and speak with.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1-2 years experience as a Administrative Assistant required.
Must have an excellent personality, communication skills and phone manners – Greet Guests, answer multiple phone lines
Must be detail oriented
Support multiple staff members through answering phones, filing, client/vendor interaction, lead distribution and data entry
Strong general computer knowledge with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to adapt quickly to changes and new computer software
Manage office inventory and supply orders
Update and maintain client/customer tracking database
Must have strong organizational skills, good follow up, and be quick to adapt to new tasks
Must be able to work independently, self directed and with a team
Create specialized detailed reports for management
Filing, scanning, faxing, and data entry
Special projects as assigned
Ability to communicate well with clients and senior management
Must be an honest reliable worker
Must be very familiar with Gmail, Google Drive and all the features and applications
