“I just wanted to tell you how impressed I was with Tim Deihl. This was my first experience buying a place and Tim could not have done a better job. During my initial meeting with Tim he listened very well to what I was interested in and then was able to show me some places that fit me well. Since this was my first time buying I was very unsure what to expect/what would happen. Tim was great throughout the whole process, he never pushed me into anything but was supportive enough that I felt comfortable telling him exactly what I did and did not like about places. He listened well to what I didn’t like about places and was able to show me places that I would like more. I absolutely love my new condo and know I would not have been able to find such a great place without Tim’s help. I decided I wanted to put an offer in on a Sunday afternoon. I called Tim and he told me to come to his office that afternoon, he sat with my father and me for a couple hours to discuss the offer. I was very impressed/surprised that I was able to come in so soon and on a Sunday! I’m sure he has a lot of other clients, but he always made me feel like I was the only one- which is a great feeling! I never got the impression that he didn’t have time for me.

What really impressed me about Tim was when I first started looking with him; he wrote up a “schedule” of open houses one Sunday and made a map with times of where I should go and when. The schedule/map was perfect for me- I probably would have only looked at one or two places had Tim not made a schedule/map!

My buying experience was made a lot better because of Tim. He was able to deal with my family and friends very well. He knew when to step in and when to step back. He gave me honest opinions about the places I was looking at. My father was also very impressed with Tim. I will definitely be using Tim again next time I buy and will be referring my friends to him.”
