Specialties:

Buyers Agent, Listing Agent

Susan is a seasoned Residential Sales Agent with 12 years in the industry. She started her real estate career in a small, family run agency that allowed her to learn all aspects of real estate. Having moved her business into the city 3 years prior, Susan has excelled in this environment. She credits her success to the attention to details and client needs with an expertise in working both with sellers and buyers. From the initial meeting with a potential buyer or seller to the finalization of the sale and beyond, Susan strives to make home buying or selling a seamless event.

Prior to working in Real Estate, Susan followed her love of travel and worked as a Flight Attendant for a Major Airline. She had planned to work for a year or two following this path but loved the job so much she stayed for 13 years! It was a natural transition taking care of people in the sky to taking care of people on the ground.

Susan resides just North of Boston in Winthrop with her husband and 2 beautiful daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, boating, blogging about real estate and is co director of the Winthrop Yacht Club Youth Sailing program.

Favorite Neighborhood:

What Inspires You About Boston Real Estate?

I love Boston. It’s a beautiful and very liveable city. I also love how each area of Boston has it’s own personality. I recently took a client to see a new build in Beacon Hill. It was still under construction and I found myself on the top floor soon to be private deck facing The Prudential. It was fabulous! I love the treelined cobblestone streets of Back Bay and the quaintness of Beacon Hill. Watching Midtown and The Seaport District emerge has been fascinating. Those areas are developing rapidly.

Proudest Moment:

Having moved my business in the city about 5 years ago I was nervous in the beginning. Over coming my fears and becoming a top agent for Charlesgate is my proudest accomplishment.

First Job:

I worked in the bakery section of a small, local grocery store.

Perfect Day:

Any day, any where near or on the water. It's a bright and sunny day and I am with my family.
