Before beginning a career in real estate, Kylie worked as a TV Host for NESN’s Dirty Water TV. At the same time, she was also an in-studio host for Major League Lacrosse which is headquartered in Boston. Kylie discovered her passion for real estate after living in Boston for just one year and convincing two of her best friends from college to move to Boston from North Carolina. Her large network of friends in the city coupled with her natural ability to connect with people from all backgrounds made her transition into real estate seamless.
Within the first month of having her real estate license, Kylie sold a home in her favorite neighborhood, Beacon Hill. While at Charlesgate, Kylie has worked with several renters and homebuyers and has helped friends relocate to Boston.
Kylie grew up in New Hampshire where she holds several state records in track & field and cross country. She earned her B.A. in broadcast journalism and a full athletic scholarship to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. When she’s not busy selling real estate, you can still find Kylie on NESN every weekend.
I moved 4 times throughout college and always loved helping my friends find off-campus apartments. Sometimes I would even go to open houses on Sundays just for fun. I guess I always had an interest in shopping for homes!
Selling my first home only after 1 month of receiving my real estate license. I don't think that happens very often! And it was in Beacon Hill... my favorite neighborhood.
