We recently got the opportunity to tour the impressive model units at Boulevard on the Greenway, the newest condominium development to come to Boston’s Waterfront. The building consists of 36 impeccably designed units inside a beautifully restored historic Charles Bulfinch building. Last but certainly not least, the neighborhood. New construction in the Waterfront neighborhood is sparse, especially a building of this caliber and finish level. The Rose Kennedy Greenway is literally your front yard and bustling downtown your backyard. You are a stone’s throw away from the North End, Seaport and South Boston.
